What format are the videos?
Vertical 9:16 MP4, up to 8 seconds, with native sound. Ready for
TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts. Video tools (background removal,
upscale, slow motion, talking photo) also return MP4; the maximum
lengths are on each page.
How long does a generation take?
Most generations take under a minute. Talking photo and video
upscale are the slowest (1 to 3 minutes depending on clip length).
Is there a watermark?
No. Results come out with no watermark on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account; plan changes are instant. If
you cancel, you keep your credits until the end of the cycle and
top-up pack credits don’t expire.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, commercial use is included: the content you generate is
yours to publish. See the terms at

Why doesn't my free account generate?
Free accounts are created with no credits. You need a plan or a
top-up pack. See Credits and plans.
Are there refunds if something fails?
Yes. If a generation fails on our side, credits are refunded
automatically to the pack balance (the longer-lasting one). If a
specific purchase doesn’t process correctly, email support and
we’ll review it manually.
Yearly or monthly?
Yearly is ~20 % off the monthly rate and gives you the year’s
credits from day one. If you publish daily, yearly pays off. To
test, start on monthly with the $1.99 first month on Starter.
What are top-up packs?
One-off credit purchases that don’t expire with the monthly
cycle. They are spent before the plan’s monthly credits, so the
monthly allowance doesn’t “burn” while you still have pack credit.
Useful for spike months without changing your plan.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Zevor is mobile-first and runs in the phone browser (no app
to install). For Motion clips or uploading audio, the phone is
usually the more convenient device.
What languages does it support?
The product itself is available in Spanish and English. For video
and image prompts you can write in any major language, the models
understand the common ones. In Talking photo with TTS, the voice
catalogue covers the main languages.
What input formats does each tool take?
Images: JPG, PNG, WebP, up to 5 MB per file. Videos: MP4. If your
source is another container, convert it first with the
Video compressor.
Why did the model reject my description?
Some prompts are filtered by content policy. Rephrase with a
different description and try again. Identifiable real people
without consent, explicit sexual content or minors aren’t allowed.
My result came out odd or cropped. What do I do?
Reuse the generation (Re-run) and adjust the prompt: add framing
(“full body, no cropping”) and more scene context. If 2-3 tries
don’t work, drop to Lite to iterate the prompt without spending
as much.
How do I download an AI Avatar?
From the avatar page, Download (the face) or Download all
(ZIP with variations). There’s also a download on the generation
screen.
How do I change plans?
From Account. The change is instant and the current cycle is
prorated. You can move up and down without penalty.
Where can I see what my credits were spent on?
In Account you get the generation history and the current
balance broken down (monthly credits + top-up packs).
